Why I participate in Alpe d'HuZes?
Cancer has touched the lives of so many people around us - friends, family members, colleagues, and loved ones. That's why as part of team EuropeActive I've decided to join this event with Emilia Happel and Anna Harvan and raise money for cancer research through Alpe d'HuZes and KWF. Everyone takes part for their own reason. Some ride in honour of someone who is currently fighting cancer, others in memory of someone they have lost, and many simply want to contribute to a future where fewer families have to go through this disease. For me, it's a chance to support a cause that affects all of us in one way or another. The money raised goes directly to research that helps us better understand cancer, detect it earlier, and improve treatments. Every contribution, no matter the size, genuinely makes a difference.
